💬 Not what you expected?

If you tried NeurixGum and feel it didn’t meet your expectations, you can still request a return - even if the package has been opened. We believe in giving you the freedom to try it, risk-free.


✅ Return Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Returns are accepted on:

  • Unopened products in original condition

  • Opened or partially used products, if you’re unsatisfied with your experience

We kindly ask that you provide brief feedback so we can continue improving.


🔄 Exchanges

If you'd prefer a different flavor or had an issue with your order, we also offer free exchanges on all Unopened products.


🚚 How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@neurixgum.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll send return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable.

  3. Refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.


💵 Return Conditions

  • You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

  • We do not charge any restocking fees.

  • Promotional items may be refunded proportionally based on your return.
