If you tried NeurixGum and feel it didn’t meet your expectations, you can still request a return - even if the package has been opened. We believe in giving you the freedom to try it, risk-free.
✅ Return Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Returns are accepted on:

Unopened products in original condition

Opened or partially used products, if you’re unsatisfied with your experience
We kindly ask that you provide brief feedback so we can continue improving.

If you'd prefer a different flavor or had an issue with your order, we also offer free exchanges on all Unopened products.

We'll send return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable.

Refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
